Our cable fritzs out sometimes when there is a storm and stuff. Not a big fan of Comcast. We used to have Insight and with our HDTV we got a lot of channels. Then Comcast bought out Insight and now we only get 3/4ths of the channels we used to get. We used to get Versus, Nat Geo, and some others. Now we only get the bare basics pretty much. For the same, if not greater, price.

yeah so it would depend on many factors (black on black is good for night clubs etc, white on black is better for day time things etc).

Dancing, i've danced 1 time in my life, and that was when i was so drunk, i got in detention to sleep it out, never happened since though.

But men (generally) are really bad dancers.

I've been to plenty of school dances, but I don't generally dance because I am a terrible dancer. So I'll do the slow dances but that is about it. Probably going to have to dance this weekend though, at my sister's reception. Girlfriend will kill me otherwise. :shock:

I took a dance class in college, we learned to do the old dances like waltz, jitterbug, box (also known as the fot trot), ramba/samba (never remember the names of those 2)....but dancing is good exercise and it keeps you limber too---too bad my hubby (who also took the class) didnt do so well.
Have wanted to go back to one of those arthur murry (?) dance places and learn a few more (I could really use the exercise at this point)....but my 'partner' has no time and refuses

Us guys are pretty much born with two left feet when it comes to dancing. Very sad. I went to a dancing class one time with my gf and some friends. It was pretty bad lol

actually we had 4 couples in the class (my friends and a set of their friends)...and of the guys---only my guy had 2 left feet!! (one had a very heavy hand when it came to leading--you are supposed to put your hand on her waist and lead, not pull!)....it was fun to learn all the dances that were popular a while ago---

We had a a storm go through this afternoon and it got so dark that the street lights came on, that was one dark cloud. Yesterday it looked and smelled like a fire was in the area, turned out it was a fire in Quebec over 400 miles away. Needless to say the air quality was quite bad. Damn north wind. Our cable is pretty reliable, but I still hate Comcast. I am waiting for FIOS all the towns around us have it so I am hopeful it won't be much longer.

hey rr...I had a raccoon on my balcony this morning----I live on the 3rd floor so it startled the begeezers out of me---had to call animal control, but by the time they got here he had moved to my neighbors balcony and now I have a trap on mine to catch that bugger if he decides my balcony is his home.....not sure how or why he was here.

That is the storm that rolled through here yesterday. Got really dark before it started to act up. More on the way according to radar. Suppose to be strong storms tomorrow. I work tomorrow so that is going to be AWESOME if it does. I love it when it storms and I am at work.

What weekend? I had class on Memorial day but at least I got to see my nephews Saturday and Sunday.

Gah the storm came too soon! It stormed/rained from 1:15-4ish am...

It was suppose to do that today from like 7 till 2:30! Now we are only suppose to get scattered t-storms between 7 and 8 am... not the same.

(and Chips--my new raccoon friend, gets to spend a bit more time on my balcony as the animal control people didnt get to me last night --and I waited up until 1am for them too---so it looks very unhappy in its 'new' home right now---and we had rain too, so its also very very wet!).
bleh, bad month already, cable is still barely working, raccoons on my balcony....and its only the 2nd of the month! (its gonna be a even loooooonger month---was going to be anyways since next month I get to change a digit on my age again).

I also get to add a year in July. We are having a nice day today but more rain over night and tomorrow, the weekend only looks so so.
